Add your account to Thunderbird

The following information will be used

INCOMING

Protocol: IMAP
Hostname: imap.cloudmail.email
Port: 993
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal Password
Username: Your email address

OUTGOING
—————
Protocol: SMTP
Hostname: smtp.cloudmail.email
Port: 587
Connection security: STARTTLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Username: Your email address

1. Open Thunderbird

2. On the Account Setup Page

• Enter Your Name as you would like it to appear in the “from” field when people get an email from you.
• Enter your Email Address
• Enter your Email Password
• Check the “Remember Password” box if you do not want to enter your password every time.
• Lastly, Click “Configure manually”

2. On the Manual Configuration Page

• In the incoming Server fields, fill in the following information

Protocol: IMAP
Hostname: imap.cloudmail.email
Port: 993
Connection security: SSL/TLS
Authentication method: Normal Password
Username: Your email address

• In the Outgoing Server fields, fill in the following information

Protocol: SMTP
Hostname: smtp.cloudmail.email
Port: 587
Connection security: STARTTLS
Authentication method: Normal password
Username: Your email address

• Once all fields are filled out, Press the Done  Button

3. Setup is Complete

• Setup is Complete
• You may add a Signature here or in settings later
• You may click Finish
